Is There Sex after
Babies?
Parenthood can be challenging and exhausting. All new parents, whether they're
breastfeeding or not, are fatigued by the end of the day, or sleep-deprived all day long.
The mother especially, may feel "touched out" by the end of a long day. Don't
feel you're the only people experiencing this.
While breastfeeding, you may have more or less sexual desire. All people experience
highs and lows in their desire at different stages in their life.
Keep the lines of communication
open. Remain connected by cuddling on the couch and kissing in the kitchen.
Use a little creativity and advance planning. The extra effort may be
well worth it.
