SUMMARY OF ENACTED BREASTFEEDING LEGISLATION

MISSISSIPPI

Mississippi now has legislation regarding breastfeeding. The new law covers breastfeeding in public, the right of a mother to use her work break to pump, exempts breastfeeding from indecent exposure laws, and addresses breastfeeding and child care issues.
