SUMMARY OF ENACTED BREASTFEEDING LEGISLATION

WYOMING

There is only one statute addresses breastfeeding in Wyoming. Effective July 1, 2007, breastfeeding is exempt from the public indecency law in Wyoming.

W.S. 6-4-201 (HB 105, 2007)
1 (b) The act of breastfeeding an infant child, including breastfeeding in any place where the woman may legally be, does not constitute public indecency.
2. This act is effective July 1, 2007.
