La Leche League Meetings address preparing to breastfeed, the first weeks with baby, overcoming challenges, weaning, and nutrition.

Women are encouraged to attend La Leche League meetings before the birth of their baby. Many mothers find that continued information, support, and encouragement throughout their nursing experience helpful in meeting their goals.

Mothers are welcome to share their questions and concerns as well as the joys and benefits of breastfeeding at all meetings.
