La Leche League International Health Advisory Council

Below is the list of the current members of the Health Advisory Council (HAC). The HAC is composed of health and social science professionals who meet the highest academic and experiential standards of their respective credentialing bodies and are recognized a authorities in, and outside, their professional communities. They act as consultants to La Leche League International regarding medical issues and research pertaining to breastfeeding and human milk. Members are chosen for their professional knowledge and experience and their understanding of the importance of the breastfeeding relationship, as well as their appreciation of LLLI as an organization in promoting and protecting breastfeeding worldwide.
