Bulk Orders
Bulk ordering is now available directly through the LLLI Online Store. Your pricing will automatically change to bulk pricing when your subtotal comes to $100 or more. Website Search
We use a Google custom search for our website. To search our site, enter your search term in the box in the upper right corner and click the button to the right.
You can sort your search results by date or relevance. The default option will list the most relevant results first. Click "Advanced Search" for more searching options.

Help Forms Support
- How do I submit a Help form?
- To submit a help form, go to the help form page.
- How long does it take to get an answer when I submit a Help Form?
- A trained LLL volunteer should respond to your question within a few days. The wait could be longer during high-volume times.
- How will I get an answer to my question I submit in the help form?
- You will get an e-mail from the llli.org website letting you known that a Leader has responded. In the e-mail there will be a link for you to click to access your form. When you click on the link you will be sent to a page that will ask you to confirm your zip code before opening your form. This is to prevent others form viewing your help form.
- Please check your "junk mail" folder if you filter messages, as your e-mail program may not recognize the address and filter it out.
- What if I need an answer right away?
- If you need an answer sooner, you may wish to contact a local Leader, check our Mother-to-Mother Forums, or see if your question is addressed on our answer pages. If you have an urgent concern, please contact your health care professional. Help Forms are not intended to provide emergency care.
- Who answers the help forms?
- Your question will be answered by a volunteer La Leche League Leader, whose area of expertise is breastfeeding management.
- Is my help form confidential?
- The volunteer answering your question may turn to her support personnel to get the most accurate information to help you, but your name, email address and any other personal or identifying information will not be shared with others.

What is a LLLID?
A LLLID (pronounced like "lid") is a La Leche League ID. LLLIDs are used by registered users (LLLI Leaders, Members and Users) to provide a personalized user experience and single sign on across the various LLLI systems (www.llli.org, LLLI Online Store, LLLI Mother-to-Mother Forums, etc.) With one login you have access to all of the LLLI websites as well as having access to your personal profile page where you can update you contact information with LLLI.

Who needs a LLLID?
You will need a LLLID if you choose to sign onto any llli.org website (to access your user profile, get a discount from the LLLI Online Store, participate in the LLLI Mother-to-Mother Forums, etc.) If you choose not to register, you will not be able to access areas that require registration. However, you still will be able to access a great deal of our site, including our Breastfeeding Answers Pages, the New Beginnings archives, and our local help listings.

How can I get my LLLID?
- Go to http://reg.llli.org.
- Click the Continue button.
- Enter your email address on file with LLLI.
- If you get an error screen, fill out the form and you'll get an email within a few days. This means either LLLI doesn’t have an email address on file for you or it’s a different email address.
- You will receive an email with a link inside. Click the link.
- Set the password for your LLLID.
- Review your confirmation page.
Congratulations, you now have your LLLID!

What is the Dependability Bar?
The Dependability Bar (dBar) is the bar at the very top of the screen that is used in our single sign on system. This is where you sign on with your LLLID (click the LLLID Sign On button, enter your LLLID, then click the button again.)
Once you are signed in, you will be able to click the links in the dBar to take you to other parts of our system that require authorization. By using the dBar, you can navigate from your user profile to the LLLI Mother-to-Mother Forums to the LLLI Online Store without having to sign in again.

How can I change my LLLID?
Your original LLLID will be in the standard format @llli*firstname.lastname. Once you have claimed your LLLID, you can create an "alias" for your LLLID. An alias is a name that is substituted for another name.
- Sign on to www.llli.org with your LLLID (click the LLLID Sign On button, enter your LLLID, then click the button again.)
- Click 'Dashboard' at the top of the screen in the Dependability Bar (dBar).
- Click 'Add LLLID Aliases' below your Quick Links section.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Everyone is allowed up to three aliases, including your original LLLID. Your LLLID and its aliases all use the same password. LLLIDs and LLLID aliases cannot be changed. The ability to delete LLLID aliases will be available in the future.

Can I have more than one LLLID?
Each person who registers with LLLI can have only one LLLID. You can, however, create an "alias" for your LLLID (see How can I change my LLLID?.)

How do I change the password and email address for my LLLID?

How do I update my address?

- Click Update Information under 'My Profile.'
- Make necessary changes and click Submit.

How can I see my donation history?
- Sign in with your LLLID (click the LLLID Sign On button, enter your LLLID, then click the button again.)
- Click 'Membership' at the top of the screen in the Dependability Bar (dBar).
- Click View Transactions under 'Transaction History.'
You may see a zero dollar transaction with the description "Batch Upload." This was a result of the transition to our new database.
