La Leche League Montana

La Leche League of Montana

Welcome to La Leche League of Montana! Leaders are scattered across the state. Currently LLL Group meetings are held regularly in Billings, Bozeman, Helena, and Missoula. All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information.

La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing support, encouragement, information, and education to women who want to breastfeed. Meetings are held monthly and the information is divided into topics for a four-meeting series. As no two meetings are ever alike, many mothers continue to attend for many months beyond the first series. Meetings are led by women who have happily and successfully breastfed their own children and have subsequently been accredited by La Leche League International (LLLI). Mothers who attend LLL meetings soon find there is more involved than basic breastfeeding information. They enjoy the sharing of stories, friendship, and the mother-to-mother support. Babies and siblings are always welcome at LLL meetings!
